Q:  Do you have a Shop I can come to?

A:  We do not have a physical storefront.  We are 50/50 digital and Festivals.

Q:  How quickly do I get my order?

A:  Normally we ship within 7-10 business days for Ready Made Products. 

Q:  Do you charge for shipping?

A:  We do charge for shipping for most orders. We do charge based on purchase bands vs weight to give our customers better shipping prices.  Orders over $150.00 ship FREE.  

Q:  Are all your products hand-crafted?

A:  YES, 100% of the products are hand-crafted.

Q:  Do you ever offer coupons?

A:  YES, we offer coupons throughout the year through our live events on our  FaceBook Page LIVE events, email campaigns and  our association with the FaceBook Group "7Makers Design Studio" where we work with other Artists.

Q:  Do you offer Gift Certificates?

A:  YES. You can purchase gift certificates directly from this site.

Q:  Do you offer any discounts for ordering in bulk?

A:  We do offer discounts for bulk ordering.  Bulk orders have a minimum quantity of 25 for each product.  Reach out to us directly through the CONTACT US FORM in this section.  We will work with you to provide pricing and turnaround times etc.
